The Employee Discount Program

The Employee Discount Program (“EDP”) is a list of companies who elect to offer discounts to Gulfstream employees on products and services.

Solely as a courtesy to employees and their families, Gulfstream has made this private site available on-site and off-site as a list of companies with special offerings. Accordingly, Gulfstream does not endorse any of the companies or the products or services associated with the discount listings and makes no representation that the discounts are a better deal than could be negotiated independently with the listed company or with some other company. In no case will Gulfstream act as an agent on behalf of an employee to negotiate or help acquire a particular discount. Gulfstream reserves the right to post EDP listings in its sole discretion.

Gulfstream also makes no representations or warranties regarding the goods and services made available under this EDP, including with respect to the safety, reliability, usefulness or any other aspect of such goods and services. Employees should contact the participating companies for details regarding the products and services, and to determine what warranties they might offer.

In situations where no price list is provided up front in the discount offer, employees will not be required to identify their Gulfstream affiliation until an estimate or bill is presented.

Whether or not a company is part of the EDP, no fliers, brochures or other marketing materials promoting a company, or discount coupons, may be distributed on Gulfstream property.
