Work on well-being when things are good

One of the best ways to deal with stress is to proactively work on eating well, moving regularly and sleeping enough. Reach out to a Health Coach for positive, personalized and confidential well-being support.

Telephonic coaching is available to employees enrolled in a General Dynamics medical plan and their eligible spouses.

Prime your mind ahead of time

Mental well-being doesn't just happen, it takes figuring out which strategies work for you, and practice. SupportLinc offers live and on-demand mental health and mindfulness sessions through MindstreamTM — a fitness club for your mind, and 24/7, confidential short-term counseling and emotional well-being support. Remember, employees and their eligible dependents can access eight free counseling sessions per year through SupportLinc. [code: generaldynamics]

SupportLinc is open to all employees and their eligible dependents, regardless of enrollment in a General Dynamics medical plan.
